1) Drink five little glass of half boil water in the morning.

Then take your breakfast at 9 or 10 o'clock. Take the brown bread or Bakery products and low fat milk and apple . Then After 2 hours take cucumbers and apples.

2) Take the skimmed yogurt latter 2 hour. Take some light meal in this way at the night time .

3) Do not take the rice and food.And to walk by invagination the abdomen . If there are streats in the house climb up and down on these streats.

4) INSHAALLAH you will feel change in yourself in 1 month.
